DIY: 4 Ways to Spruce Up Your Vehicle for Spring

Steve Castillo's Blog | DIY: 4 Ways to Spruce Up Your Vehicle for Spring

You spend a lot of time in your vehicle and as spring rolls around, it too will need some sprucing up. Car detailing jobs can be pretty pricey, so instead of spending lots of money, how about doing it yourself? Here are a few tips to get and stay organized and tidy inside your ride.

  • Make Your Own Air Freshener - Use a clothespin and add some essential oils. Let the oil seep into the wood and pin it to your vehicles' air vents.
  • Tidy Up Your Oil and Fluids - You probably have oil and fluids that are scattered around the vehicle and taking up space. Use a shower caddy to tidy up and keep them in one spot in your trunk or cargo area.
  • Corral Your Loose Change - Everyone has the loose change struggle. They clog up your drink holders and sometimes you will even find some on the floor. Use an empty gum container to add and take change from without scrounging around for it.
  • Get Rid of Dead Bugs - As you drive, bugs collect on the grille of your vehicle. This can be gross and not the prettiest to look at either. Use a dryer sheet to remove them from the front of your vehicle quickly and easily!

Spring is here, but you do not have to wait any longer to spruce up your vehicle by doing it yourself!
